Mohave County Health Department is comprised of the following Divisions: Environmental Health Division, Public Health Nursing Division, Nutrition and Health Promotions, Senior Programs, Administration Division, and Office of Emergency and Bio-Defense Programs.

The Public Health Nursing Division provides child and adult immunizations, family planning services, pregnancy testing and counseling, sexually transmitted
Disease testing and counseling, HIV testing and counseling, Ryan White Services, TB testing and medications and follow-up visits for high-risk newborns for the Mohave County community. Apart from these services, this Division also coordinates the Maternal Child Health Advisory Council.

The Nutrition and Health Promotion Division provides the following programs: WIC, the Mohave County Tobacco Use Prevention Program (McTUPP), Promoting Lifetime Activity for Youth (P.L.A.Y.), Injury Prevention and Safe Kids, and Community Nutrition Program (CNP). The WIC Program is a supplemental nutrition program for women, infants and children, which provides food vouchers and nutrition education to qualified applicants. The Injury Prevention and Safe Kids Program coordinates with fire, police and neighborhood groups to provide information on bike helmets and child passenger safety seats. The Community Nutrition Program (CNP), provides nutrition education programs to area elementary schools, and a small commodity food program.
